Clause 1.1

Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for or use the uc777 platform. By accessing uc777, you represent and warrant that you are aged 21 or above. uc777 may require you to provide documentary proof of age at any time. If uc777 determines or has reasonable grounds to suspect that you are under 21 years of age, uc777 will immediately suspend your account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and may permanently close the account. Any winnings accrued during a period where the minimum age requirement was not met will be voided and forfeited.

Clause 1.2

Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of uc777 complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. uc777 does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. If you access uc777 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted, you do so at your own risk and uc777 accepts no liability arising from any such use. Players located in Bangladesh access uc777 on the understanding that they have independently verified that their use of the platform is consistent with their local obligations.

Clause 1.3

Capacity to Contract

By using uc777 you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you are not acting as an agent on behalf of any third party. You must not use uc777 on behalf of or for the benefit of any other person, business, or organisation, including by using another person's payment method, sharing account credentials, or pooling funds for betting purposes. Any such activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

Clause 2.1

One Account Per Person

Only one uc777 account is permitted per individual person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Opening duplicate accounts — whether to claim a welcome bonus multiple times, to circumvent account restrictions, or for any other reason — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. uc777 may close all associated duplicate accounts, void any pending bets, and permanently forfeit all balances held across those accounts without prior notice.

Clause 2.2

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uc777 account login credentials including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. uc777 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify uc777 support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

Clause 2.3

Identity Verification (KYC)

uc777 reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of a satisfactory verification review. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension. All verification documents are handled in accordance with uc777's Privacy Policy.

Clause 3.1

Deposit Restrictions

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to a third party — including family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit may be flagged for investigation. uc777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds deposited via a third-party payment method pending investigation, and may permanently close the account if third-party funding is confirmed.

Clause 3.2

Anti-Money Laundering

uc777 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. The platform operates anti-money laundering (AML) controls in accordance with applicable standards. uc777 may request additional documentation to verify the source of deposited funds at any time. Deposits or withdrawals that trigger AML alerts may be placed on hold pending investigation. uc777 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in relation to any investigation involving financial crime and may be required to disclose account and transaction information without notifying the account holder.

Clause 4.1

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by uc777 are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for the bonus. Any bonus funds remaining at the expiry of the validity period, together with any associated winnings, will be automatically removed from your account.

Clause 4.2

Bonus Eligibility

Each promotional offer is available to eligible players only, as defined in the specific promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. Existing players are not eligible for new-player-only promotions. uc777 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its absolute discretion. Eligibility decisions made by uc777 are final and binding.

Clause 4.3

Bonus Abuse

uc777 actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, coordination between multiple accounts to exploit promotions, and use of automated scripts or bots. Where uc777 identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, close the account permanently, and withhold any balance. Decisions made under this clause are final.

Clause 6.1

Platform Availability

uc777 makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously or without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and circumstances beyond uc777's control — including network outages and third-party provider failures — may result in temporary unavailability. uc777 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, game interruptions, or connectivity issues, including losses arising during live betting sessions or in-progress crash games.

Clause 6.2

Limitation of Financial Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uc777's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. uc777 shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm.

Clause 6.3

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of uc777 that cannot be resolved through uc777's internal complaints procedure should be escalated in writing to uc777 support. uc777 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. Players are not required to pursue any formal legal proceeding before first exhausting uc777's internal dispute resolution process.
